Mary McCormack has a leading character on the TV series 'Murder One.' She is also popular as a performer for her work in 'The West Wing.', In Plain Sight. and?Loaded.. Additionally, she is known for her roles in films, she has appeared in "Private Parts", "Deep Impact", "True Crime" and 1408. McCormack was the daughter of an ice-cream parlor owner as well as a psychologist who worked in a clinic. Her family has no connection to entertainment. Following the separation of her parents, McCormack enrolled to Trinity College Hartford, Connecticut. In the year 1990, following graduating from Wardlaw-Hartridge School with a BA, she graduated. At the beginning of her career, she was only twelve when she appeared on stage in the production of an opera called "Amahl's Night People". She continued to play in the theatre, and eventually landed roles both on large and small screens. McCormack has become one of Hollywood's most versatile actors. Michael Morris (producer/director) is McCormack's husband. McCormack and Morris have three daughters.
